How do I return an item?
Toymine is committed to providing excellent customer service. We appreciate your business and make every effort to accommodate your helicopter needs. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges which comply to the following requirements:
All Returns or exchanges must be filled within 14 days of purchase and received back at eHobbyGroup within 30 days of purchase. No exceptions.
Product must be unopened in its original packing and in a re-sellable condition.
Toymine will not accept responsibility for damage due to usage of the products and accessories
Under any circumstances we will not refund shipping charges for returned merchandise for shipping the original package
The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form must be filled, submitted and printed in its entirety and you must include it with the returned merchandise.
Returns must be attached with original or a copy of the sales receipt ( including order # )
